No reservations are needed April 1 - November 30. This is the self-guided walk season, and guided tours are not offered during this time. Please call (650) 879-2025 for further information.
Reservations are strongly recommended December 15 - March 31st. Starting October 20, Public Walks can be reserved as early as 56 days in advance, and no later than one day before arrival. School Group Walks ticket sales start on the first Saturday of October. School Groups should call the reservation center (Toll Free: 800-444-4445) for reservations specific to school groups.

| Ano Nuevo State Reserve is home to a large colony of Northern Elephant Seals. The seals come ashore to give birth and mate from mid December through March. Public Seal Walks operate daily for individuals, families, or groups. Prices: General: $7.00 |

| Equal Access guided walks for accessible visitors are available along a wooden boardwalk. Equal Access Walks are offered on Saturdays and Sundays from January through March and walk times are at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Reservations can be made by calling the Reserve at 650-879-2033, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The price for the walk is $7.00 per person. |
