Fee Information

Reservations are required to guarantee the tour, date, and time desired.

Parking fees are collected at the Reserve; Bus 10 to 24 passengers $50.00; Bus 25 or more passengers $100.00; Auto $7.00; Senior - Auto $6.00. School Group Walk ticket holders arriving by School Bus are exempt from parking fees.

Ticket Pickup

• Please arrive at the Visitor Center at least 15 minutes before your walk time.
• Please bring your confirmation letter and a Photo ID to pick up your tickets at the Ticket Window.
• Tickets are not transferable and can only be picked up on the date of arrival.

Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final. Walks take place rain or shine.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time reserved.
• There are no refunds or exchanges unless the reserve cancels a walk.
• You'll be given as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation.
